We create added value and innovation in the beauty industry through digital means. We demonstrate our understanding of beauty, share our vision and offer suitable products and services through optimization of digital resources. Our goal is to continue to grow in the digital sector and show our customers how to live a healthy, well-balanced life.

Digital On-line Distribution

Wish Company delved into the on-line distribution business in 2011 by establishing a cross border e-commerce. Soon Wishtrend was launched to introduce Korean cosmetics to the rest of the world. Seven years into business, we are growing rapidly, selling to 70 countries with 1.5 million monthly active users. In Korea, we are strengthening our on-line distribution sector by increasing our customer base on Klairs (www.klairs.com).

Besides our official website, we also directly manage our products on other e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Qoo10 and LAZADA. We are the top category on several major e-commerce platforms with a fast-increasing market share. We’ve also expanded our sales network through forming direct partnerships with major on-line businesses in the United States, England, Germany, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.

Wish Company has introduced the novel concept of direct production and distribution by the brand through digital means and accumulated know-how through various business endeavors. We invest a substantial amount in logistics, payment and customer service to offer our customers a more convenient shopping experience.

Digital Media Communication

Wish Company has operated the YouTube Wishtrend TV Channel since 2012 to create and distribute Korean beauty contents including introduction of its own products and brands. Today, we are a digital media platform with over four million subscribers through Facebook, Instagram, twitter and other social media channels.

“Wishtrender” is our network where we talk with customers about their skin conditions, provide beauty trend information and introduce new products and special promotions.

We also interact with our on-line customers off-line. For example, we held special events in Seoul in 2016 and in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Hanoi (Vietnam) in 2017 where we got to know our international customers better. We hope to host more off-line meetups in the future to pay back the love and support we received from our global customers.

Digital Data Utilization

Wish Company utilizes its digital experiences to provide products and services that better suit customer needs. We gain insight from customer opinions, purchase patterns and other behavioral data collected on our digital platform. Our services and products are improved based on analysis of these data.
